3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, drawings, reports, and materials produced by ROBAN Design remain the intellectual property of the firm unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services are due according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services. ROBAN Design reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unpaid balances.

5. Refund Policy

All fees are compensation for services rendered. ROBAN Design does not generally offer cash refunds. In cases of dispute, the firm will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through clarification or revision. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROBAN Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services under the applicable agreement.
