The Willowbrook 3rd at Observatory Village was designed as an infill pad single-family development for Village Homes. The residents enjoy a beautify centralized park amenity. The grading design stretched the limits of the site providing a requested walkout basement concept on a relatively flat piece of ground. This project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
