Water Valley South Hill

South Hill at Water Valley was designed to nestle and tuck into the hill, providing walkouts while maintaining a naturalized view of the horizon from the valley below. A golf cart path was designed for access to the rear of the lots along the ridge opening motorized electric cart access to Water Valley South from Pelican Farms via the 7th Street pedestrian overpass.
This project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
