The Marina Plaza Project is the heart of Water Valley South in Windsor, Colorado. The project was designed as a wellness center for the community with area for expansion to include a future hotel.
The project was designed to complement the neighboring condo-style multi-family and enjoys lake front views. The beautify landscape design incorporates the iconic Water Valley palm tree theme for lighting.
