Trails at Timberline - Luxury Apartments

The Trails at Timberline project was designed for the McWhinney Multi-family group as a luxury apartment community in what was a rapidly growing Timberline Road corridor in Fort Collins. The project provides fantastic amenities including community gardens, a dog park, a clubhouse with pool and bowling alley, a bike and car wash station, and activity areas.

The project required the design of turn lanes on Timberline and Drake, along with extensive drainage and utility design in the surrounding right-of-way.

Project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
