The Flats at Rigden Farm was designed for Landmark Homes as a luxury condominium project near the Rigden Farms and Sidehill subdivisions, providing a transition between the commercial area long Timberline and single-family resident. This project contained buildings with varied unit counts, separate garages and a commercial building to satisfy the mixed-use requirements of the zoning. (Project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design)
