The Flats at Centerra was designed for Landmark Homes as a luxury condominium near the heart of the Centerra Metro District in Loveland. This project contained buildings with varied unit counts, separate garages and a beautiful clubhouse for use and enjoyment by the community. (Project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design)
