This high-class neighborhood was designed for Westward Development as an expansion of the Summerfield Metro District. The project minimized stormwater infrastructure to provide a more sustainable approach with low long-term underground utility maintenance.
The project provides beautify walkouts along the ridge of the Poudre River Valley, overlooking immense natural open space.
Project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
