Lakeview Fort Collins

This single-family project was designed for Century Communities within available ground connected to a church. The project was one of the first to implement Low Impact Development stormwater features for single-family housing in Fort Collins. The project contains a beautifully landscaped and naturalized detention pond with complex hydraulic connections to downstream conveyance ways. The project also required a 36" steel bore through utility easement to provide sanitary sewer service. The project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
