The Lafayette City Center project created a bustling multi-use core around the City Hall building, incorporating walkable commercial with outdoor amenities. This fabulous project required extensive modeling and major modifications to the Lafayette drainage master plan basins.
The project contains community gardens, innovative water quality separating systems, accommodations for mass transit and pedestrian facilities. This project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
