La Grange is a quaint townhome project on the east side of Fort Collins. The project was designed for Landmark Homes as an infill project within the greater Rigden Farms community. The project surrounds a naturalized drainage way for upstream development. This project was plot planned with final grading design provided by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
