Iron Mountain Kia in Windsor, Colorado was designed as part of the Champion Autoplex and a beautiful and recognizable feature along the Highway 34 route between Greeley and Loveland.
The project required extensive drainage improvements to open commercial development due to a large drainage basin contributing the Poudre River runoff in Water Valley.
Project was designed by Ryan Banning prior to the formation of ROBAN Design.
